Campaign Duration
The EcoFlow Summer Sale Preheat Campaign runs from 9 June 2025, 9 AM (CET) to 13 June 2025, 8:50 AM (CET). EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility
The campaign is open to legal residents of Europe aged 18 and above as of 9 June 2025, 09:00 AM (CET).

Availability
This campaign, including promotions, gifts, coupons and discounts, is available exclusively on eu.ecoflow.com. Purchases made on other platforms or websites are not eligible for campaign offers.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the EcoFlow Lucky Draw event, you must have an EcoFlow member account, be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of Europe. EcoFlow reserves the right to terminate and disqualify any participant at any time from the Lucky Draw event if they don't comply with the terms and conditions.

Mechanism
Each member is entitled to a maximum of one free entries into the raffle during Summer sale (subject to CET).
The probability of winning each prize is different. Please refer to the actual prize won.
Discount code prizes can be used directly on the checkout page. EcoCredits prizes will be sent to your member's account immediately and are valid for 365 days, so please use the EcoCredits as soon as possible to avoid expiration.
Specific information regarding the progress of the Lucky Draw event and the win rate will not be disclosed due to the dynamic nature of the event and the potential for changes in real-time outcomes.
The right to win cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Prizes will be shipped to Europe only.
Prize redemption rules are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific prize redemption.

Prohibitions
All prizes from the Lucky Draw event, including EcoCredits, coupons, and physical prizes, are non-transferable and non-redeemable.
If any prize is awarded to a participant who provides false or incorrect identification or information, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the said prize.

General Terms and Conditions
EcoFlow reserves the right to revise, modify, or waive the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw event at any time in its sole discretion.
EcoCredits used for participating in Lucky Draw are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In addition, changes will be applied immediately.
EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lucky Draw event at any time, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof).
By participating in the Lucky Draw event, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that EcoFlow's decision shall be final and binding.
The terms and conditions herein only apply to the Lucky Draw, and in the event of a conflict between the rules of the Lucky Draw and the T&C on Summer Sale, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Please note
1. A Referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold or used in any way unless the Referrer is using it alone to obtain a Qualified Referral; Referrers are limited to one (1) Qualified Referral per Referred Client, and will not be credited for additional Qualified Referrals. Referral links shared with or obtained through other sources (e.g., links posted through third-party intermediaries or websites) will not be accepted.
2. If the Referrer and the Referee share an IP/device, only the Referee will be eligible for rewards. If EcoFlow determines that a Referrer has attempted to participate in the Program or receive Points or Rewards through cheating, hacking, spoofing, or any other unfair gaming practices or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Referrer or any representative of EcoFlow, EcoFlow may, in its sole discretion, prohibit the Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving Points or Rewards.

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.
4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.
5. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this Campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the participant's entry into the Campaign.
13. All products and free gifts (if applicable) related to this promotion will be shipped in accordance with EcoFlow's Shipping Policy (https://uk.ecoflow.com/policies/shipping-policy).
